Thanks Lou Kratz. According to my suggestions from this post, organisations should:

1. Get the right data infrastructure, tools and skillsets
2. Adopt the practices of relying on data for business decisions across all levels in the organisation. I gave more context in the post
3. Define the right strategy of use for data collected

As an employee, it’d be good to serve as an evangelist preaching the importance of data and helping your organisation see the need to be data-driven. If you don’t relent, I’m certain that your gospel will be heard and adopted eventually.

I strongly believe that once organisations adopt these three recommendations, they can easily become data-driven.
